Refunds
- If you paid the wrong amount, contact support as soon as possible.
- If delivery/access was not provided, we will fix the issue or refund when appropriate.
- Completed and delivered purchases may not be refundable (case-by-case).
How to request a refund
- Open a ticket in our Discord.
- Provide your PayPal transaction ID and details.
- We’ll review and reply as soon as possible.
